Brewed for the first birthday of Desert Island Dumplings, local food scene heroes, Haze Der received huge numbers of fans when we launched it as a small batch brew in the Tasting Room. So, we brewed it on the big kit and we've created something special.

It's a big hazy oat laden IPA, blended with toasted coconut, fermented with English ale yeast to which we then added loads of pineapple puree and dry hopped with Citra.
