Gravicask, half pint, shared with Finn. Near-naked on the surface, spotty lacing, and a nice warm golden body. Inviting lemony hops on the nose. Similar taste of ripe lemony hops, joined by grainy malts and with a backdrop of leafy hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Pleasing.
(First session, 44th Liverpool Beer Festival, Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, 13.02.2025).

Foamy white head stayed on an unclear dark golden body. Sweet fruit & lightly hopped aroma. Medium bodied, very sharp on the tongue with short dry back. Bitter hops, grain, grassy, pith & citrus tastes with a long tangy finish. Drinkable

Cask at Roscoe head. A clear straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of straw supported by bread and a hint of biscuit. Flavor has lots of straw with a decent amount biscuit and a touch of bread underlying.
