It’s been a minute since we did a big Triple NEIPA, so to all of you who are into that sort of thing, we’ve got just the beer for ya. BRIDGEBURNER is a Triple NEIPA brewed with a base of Golden Promise and layered with malted and flaked oats. We hopped this one in the kettle and whirlpool with a ton of Idaho 7, then double dry hopped it with Citra, El Dorado and Riwaka. This thing is massive, but drinks easy for the strength. We’re getting notes of strawberry, peach, and a hint of passion fruit. Fluffy and soft upfront with a warming finish, drink responsibly or bridges will most likely get burned.
