We took our oatmeal imperial stout from 2022 (the base for Flaked) and aged it in two Laird's Applejack barrels. After 11 months, we infused it with 100 lbs of house-toasted walnuts. The result is nutty with a breakfast-y vibe from the apple.

Tap. Pours opaque black with a small brown head and decent lacing. Aroma is refined, liquer, brandy, fudge, vanilla. Flavor is fairly sweet, light plus bitter. Fully body. Quality beverage.
