Making its return from the beginning of this year, Whitewater appears with its two super oily and hand selected varietals.
Featuring a grist comprised of a serious dose of both malted and flaked wheat, we hit this one with Citra and Strata both for a saturated fruit forward hop character. We find impressions of bright pink grapefruit juice zest, white gummy bear pineapple, dank resiny pine, juicy fruit gum, with tones of kiwi and melon rounding the fruit forward experience out.
We don’t introduce a ton of new beers these days for multiple reasons. Our chosen path of refining what we do has allowed us to concentrate our efforts on nailing down the worthwhile beers we hold dear… but every now and again, something interesting catches our interest and back down the rabbit hole we go.
