On tap at Arts and Crafts Amsterdam Ave. Pours clear pale gold. Pear, spice, heavy cinnamon and clove, little anise, plenty of floral notes, little almond. Light. Good.

Keg at Milwaukee Burger Company Franklin, 5/17/19. Clear gold, no head. Aroma of pear, apple, thyme, honey. Taste is honey, vanilla, pear, spice, grape. Medium bodied, still.

Sampled at the meadery this mead poured a pale yellow color. The aroma was pear with faint ginger and cardamom. The flavor was floral and perfumey with very sweet pear and cardamom. Very long finish. Medium body.
