Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts fine malty, not too roasty, modest dry background, mild-bitter. Finish milder malty, a bit boring-dry. Okay.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Deep ruby red colour, small head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild notes of toffee, aand some mild bitterness. Flavour is caramel, some notes of earth and mild sugary notes. Not that pleasantly made. A bit too sweet and spicy aftertaste for me.

Bottle - Clear, dark brown (mahogany as Moritz notices correctly) body. White head. Light malty aroma (caramel, bread) with even some citrus. Bit weird for a dunkel, but I don not mind it does not stick to a style. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter flavour. Quite pleasant mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Nice.

(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a dense medium-sized, light-beige foamy head. Slightly sweet and toasted malty nose with dried fruits, leafs and delicate hops. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, soft on carbon. Slightly toasty malty and leafy taste with a subtle dried fruity touch; fairly dry, slightly toasted and bitter finish with a light but present hoppy touch (12.X.08).
