Yeasty milk chocolate aroma. Chocolate flavor, some sourness, strawberry. Yeasty aftertaste. As jbrus says: a homebrew character. The beer is drinkable, but lacks quality.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear rusty orange - golden color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grains, slightly sweetish, not much more. Hmm ok, not bad. Not a dunkelweizen like most beers from this style, and to me that’s good news cause this is actually drinkable.

Bottle @home shared by me. Hazy to murky weird amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells sweet, malts, brown sugar. Tastes sweet, malts, herbs, spices. Not my beer. Medium body, medium carbo.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden to amber beer topped by an off-white head leaving lacings. Cheeze doodles and sweaty scents, slightly rubbery, some fruits show up after some time in the glass. Not very good in the mouth either, thin to medium body, quite sugary, and flavors of dried fruits and white sugars. Not awful, but close. 100618

Bottle 300ml. @ home.Clear medium red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, dark berry, dark grape - sweet and acidic, raisin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to lively, mouth feel is a bit thin ! [20100131]
