This was such a fun project! We focused our attention on using a lot of different hop varieties, all at varying amounts, so that each variety could play to its own strength, all for the goal of trying to create a non-fruited beer, with as much tropical fruit character as possible. well, I'm happy to report, the experiment was a success! Tasting Notes: This thing is a PINEAPPLE BOMB, with fresh honeycomb aromatics, zesty Oro Blanco grapefruit, and some rich passionfruit sorbet vibes.

Pretty nice stuff. Lots of fruit, pineapple. Hazy golden pour with decent head. Hop tang, some body. Tap at Snally.

Walked out to the pool. Two unsupervised children were out there. Honestly, really poor from the parents. I stood out there for a half hour making sure they didn’t drown.

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a hazy, light, bright yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was citrus, grapefruit and lemon notes.

Pours a hazy, lemon yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is pretty dank--some basement catbox along with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, with a touch of spiciness in the finish. Mouthfeel seems just a bit thin.
