0.5 l bottle shared with pilot Goran at Valhalla, Zagreb. Hazy amber body, large frothy off-white head. Toasty and spicy aroma, ripe banana and dried fruit. Toasty, malty flavour, caramel, floral, sweetness, honey, dried out in the finish with cinnamon-like spicy flavour. Medium body, soft carbonation, sticky, heavy, moderate finish.

Bottle, 500 ml. Brown with off-white head. Banana, yeasty, caramel, some cloves. Sweet and somewhat watery. Smooth texture. Medium bodied.

swing top bottle 500ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb. Unclear brownish coloured, medium sized beige head, light caramel and banana in the nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light banana and notes of caramel with mild sweetish finish. Pleasant one.

Bottle at Valhalla. Pretty dark brown body - why do they not call this a dunkelweizen?! Fruity, grainy malty aroma, raisins, some rye notes even, though they probably don't use that. Creamy, caramelly, fruity taste, well developed estery profile apart from a good maltiness. Excellent!

Bottle. Beer Stop Dronfield. Hazed amber copper colour. Thick and rocky, lasting off white foam. Nose has fruit and sweet nuts. Ripe banana esters. Crusty bread. Taste is sweet and slightly vinous. Moderate amount of herbal bitterness. Smooth and easy drinking with foamy carbonation. Dries out toward the finish. Nice.

500ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy brown gold with a small head. Aroma is slightly smoky wheat and clove. Taste has bready wheat, some clove, hint of smoke.

Eindeutig ein dunkles Weißbier - auch wenn es hier auf Ratebeer (wie so oft) als helles Weizen geführt wird. Sämige Fruchtigkeit trifft auf kernige Malzigkeit. Interessante, allerdings eher subtile Würzigkeit / Aromatik - geht zumindest ansatzweise in Richtung Likör. Wunderbar weich. Ein schönes, dunkles Weizen, das den schnöden, dunklen Winter erträglicher macht.

Orange brown color, cloudy. Aroma and flavor have chewing gum and bananayoghurt. Sweet with just a touch of fruity sourness. Yeast in the aftertaste.

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy orangey golden with an off-white head. Grainy aroma, sweet and lightly tart, some yeast, subtle caramel. Certainly not your typical Hefe - sweeter in a strange way, yet as if with a drop of lemon juice.

0,5 l swing top bottle. Murky flat orange in the glass with a big foamy head. Chewing gum and some banana on the nose. Taste has more caramell, fruity in the second row, sweet green apple, melon and banana but in a low dosis. Okay. Expected a more complex one.
