Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Rittmayer Hallerndorfer Winterweize ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Unclear medium to dark amber orange color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, yeast, phenol, orange. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy yeast, fruity, orange, dusty grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150303]

Trübes bernsteinfarbenes Weizen mit einer geringen aber stabilen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Früchten, etwas Hefe, Gewürze. Geschmack fruchtig, Karamell, Gewürze, wenig hefig, leicht phenolisch, gut!

Schön orange-braun und sehr trüb. Geruch frisch und leicht bananig. Der Antrunk ist süffig-süßlich, schön vollmundig-rund. Der Hauptteil ist schön bananig-hefig. Etwas schokoladig-ähnlich zum Nachgeschmack hin. Interessant. Auf der Zunge hält sich eine Schoko-Bananen-Hefenote. Keine Herbe spürbar, auch nicht muffig.
--> Sehr interessantes Bier, lecker und Empfehlenswert!

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild bubble gum aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small tight tan head. The flavour is mildly yeasty with a good caramelly and spicy note. Mild carbonation, soft and pleasant. Very good for the style.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and estery. Botter, dry, cloves and banana. Medium dry and estery. Mild bitter and dry finish.

Pours unclear orange with a white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with light banana notes. The flavor has fruity banana-like sweetness, a hint of spice, and a spritzy mouthfeel. Decent.

bottle from Frankenland - Danke! Cloudy brownish colour, large and creamy head. Spicy nose. Wheaty and yeasty, pleasant carbonation, slightly fruity, hints of caramel. Very nice!
