Found Object 4; a beer with mixed culture and yarrow. 4.8% abv. This was brewed in January of 2021 with yarrow harvested in 2020, then conditioned on more yarrow, harvested in 2021, just before bottling that October. This is one of the most intense expressions of yarrow, with a deep herbal character.

Bottle, 500 ml, courtesy of Miro B. Shared with him, JFK10000 and Miro. Hazy yellow with small white head. Citrus, herbal, spicy, funk. Medium sourness. Refreshing. Somewhat short finish, but very interesting.

Bottle, at share, thanks to me and Chris D. Pours hazy pale yellow. Floral, herbal, lemon verbena, Earl Grey, delicate funk, minerally. Nice spritz. Good.
