Our brown ale is classic in style and packed with roasty, chocolaty, malt flavor and aroma. Smooth and complex, this beer is decidedly malty yet has a well-balanced flavor profile that's always down for your next adventure.
Pairs great with root vegetables, hearty stews and mac & cheese.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a one finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some chocolatey malts, light roastiness, toasted nuts and a light dose of earthy to grassy hops
Flavor: mildly sweet with a slight toasty edge; nutty to toasty aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some roasty smoothness along the tongue; finishes malty and roasty
Overall: pretty good brown ale that would be worthy to have again if the brewpub was still open.

Can from the source. Dark brown with faint garnet on the edges and huge khaki head that lasts forever. Rich caramel and light bitter chocolate, hints of fruit and a light earthy hops to counter. Pretty nice for a brown ale.
