This old-world style Rotbier is our homage to the Franconian Amber lagers brewed since the 1500’s. We use a traditional double decoction mash to develop rich, bready malt flavours beautifully balanced by a generous hopping with traditional British Fuggles hops. A deep Amber colour with a soft gentle pallet makes this a beer to be savoured and a perfect beer to celebrate our 4th anniversary.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear amber body with a thick beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts and earth. Flavour of brown bread and red berry. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Nice and roasted, very subtle.
