Dry Nitro stout brewed to honor one of our favs. We brew this beer
with locally malted pale malt from double eagle, and a combination
of roasted malts. It is hopped gently with US Willamette, and allowed
to develop a mild tartness and funk in fermentation. Nitro carbonation
brings it all together. Enjoy!

Tap at Human Robot 5th Street. Translucent cola brown pour. Dense, creamy tan head. Subtle roast on nose. Flavor is dark and roasty. Creamy mouthfeel from the nitro. A hint of tobacco and smoke. Some bitterness in middle. Less creamy than Guinness. Long dry finish is quite nice.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours black with a large tight off white head. Biscuit, milk chocolate, cherry, herbal. Soft body. Fine.

Tap at the brewery taproom Philadelphia PA. A clear amber brown coloured pour with a lasting beige cap. Aroma is earthy meaty roast, grass. Flavour is composed of earthy grains semi sweet, brown sugars, grains earthy roast, grass. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, fine carbonation. Earthy slaty roast. Nice.

Draft at Human Robot, 11/18/22. Dark brown, light brown head. Coffee, chocolate, and light roast. Clean and smooth. Very drinkable.

Draught at Jenkintown: pours dark brown with a thick head. Aroma is dark chocolate, slight coffee. Taste is dry and bitter.
