Brewed with Hallertau Callista hops. We employed the same double decoction mash as our signature Hallertau Pils, but changed up the hop schedule to highlight this modern aroma variety. Drinks Clean and bright with aromas of grapefruit and raspberry over a 100% pils malt base

On tap at Jenkintown brewery. Honey gold pour. Creamy white head. Bready malt aroma hints at citrus and herbs. Flavor upfront is bready and citrusy. Hints of grapefruit and lemon. Some sweetness as well. Herbal hop finish.

Can at source: pours light yellow with big frothy white head. Aroma is lightly bready and a tad lemony. Somewhat bitter and grassy. Nice slightly lemony finish.
