Blackberry Clementine Wit pours a hazy, magenta hue into a glass and radiates aromas of bright citrus, juicy dark berries, and subtle Belgian spice.
We brewed this beer with plenty of malted wheat and a touch of flaked oats to lend a pleasant, creamy mouthfeel up front which is quickly followed by a spritzy, slightly acidic, fruit juice-like finish that makes this beer an extremely refreshing and highly drinkable brew.
Post fermentation we conditioned this tasty, seasonal, wheat beer on blackberry and clementine.
We get notes of clementine juice, fresh blackberries, soft baked wheat bread, sweet orange peel, and delicate Belgian spice.

Draught at Source Urban: pours orange with whitish head. Aroma is blackberry and citrus. Taste is super yeasty finish. With light clementine and blackberry.
