Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Light golden with a white cap that retains well. Nose is pale malts, light lemon nip, straw grains. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, hedgerow, grass, pale malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay clean and crisp pils.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A pale gold yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is earthy cereal grains, lihjt grass, hay. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty cereals, grass. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, fine carbonation. Firm grassy bitterness.
