Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Clear golden with a white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is lemon rind, dusty oak, herb, straw. Tatse comprises grass, herb, hedgerow, lemon tinged straw, balsa wood, grains, rye bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay refesher.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A clear mid gold coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is subdued, midget gems hop, orange rind, kiwi. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fruit loops, mixed citrus, grass, tangerine. Palate is semi sweet, nutty, moderate carbonation, nice resinous hop. Solid.

Draught at source: pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is spicy and grainy. Taste is spicy and somewhat bitter. OK.
