Chamomile Table Lager
Crisp/Floral/3 inch punch
Pai Mei was a legendary master of the Bak Mei and Eagle’s Claw styles of Kung Fu, and now a master of the 2.6% Table Lager. Brewed with the general inclination to ease back on drinking in January, this rice lager packs a Three-Inch Punch of a very limited Chamomile made exclusively for that magical place in Orlando. While extremely delicate, crisp, and only 76 calories per can(!!), you can drink Pai Mei all day long. But remain humble, because just the slightest whiff of defiance and you will feel his cruelty! Lastly, a special shout out to Moon Lit Sea Prints (@moonlitseaprints) for providing us with one of their wood block prints from their collection and allowing us to use this incredible art for our Pai Mei can.

12 oz can from AE, 1/31/23. I had to use this one for Rating #10,500! I have had a few drafts and cans of this over the last few weeks, but just rating it now. This one pours clear gold with a nice white head. The aroma is grainy, lemon, herbal, grass, and spice. Drinks bright and refreshing. Lots of flavor. Not watery at all. Just a beautiful, punchy beer. Really loving this low alcohol rice lager base they used for Hanzo and this, but I personally preferred the Green Tea version to the Chamomile. Both are awesome.
