Draft at the source. Deep purple color, opaque, variegated pinkish red head. Big blackberry aroma with vanilla in the background for a change. Taste has tons of berries with soft sourness and just a touch of vanilla. Very tasty

Tavour: pours purple with a pinkish head. Aroma is boysenberry and other berry nose. Plenty of sour funkiness. Taste is not too acidic. Not much vanilla, but plenty of wood. Nice berry notes.

500 ml corked and capped bottle from Tavour. Hazy, deep purple color. Frothy pink head. Tart berry aroma. Flavor is tangy boysenberry and vanilla. Slightly saline with earthy, oakey notes. Soft mouthfeel. Mildly complex, yet easy to drink. My first beer from South Dakota.

Pours a nice hazy ruby from a bottle, light pink head. Nose is dark berries, I liken it to black raspberries, also a faint vanilla backdrop. Similar flavored, well-balanced with acidity. Yeast funk is sort of hidden in the nose and mouth by the berries, but it’s there if you look for it. Pretty good beer.

500ml bottle pours out deep purple topped with a fizzy head. Nose is nice tart currants some vanilla cream notes. Taste is more of the nice tart notes a great fruit blend and some vanilla.

500ml bottle from tavour. Violet pour with a thick light purple head. Fruity aroma, berries, vanilla, milk. Taste is tart with currants, raisins, berries and lactose. First try of this brewery, not disappointed.
