Brewed in collaboration with Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery, Brick & Mortar is a NE style IPA brewed to have a soft-pillowy base that accentuates the juicy notes of the massive dosing of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. Pouring a pale golden color, we’re finding bright notes of freshly zested citrus and Dole pineapple juice mixed with assorted stone fruits and juicy blueberries

Can from NJ Wine Seller, Green Brook, 3/29/23. Hazy yellowish, white head, strong lace. Peach, pineapple, apricot. Juicy. Slightly bitter and a touch tart. Good beer.

Can from Matt: pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is citrus, peach and pineapple. Taste is juicy, low bitterness. Smooth. Solid.
