Sweetish, malty taste and aroma. Not a very clean beer. Cabbage, soapy and very skunky. Barnyard smell clearly present.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this sharing. Mild and smooth beer. Round and nice, no bitterness, mild and smooth. Soft. A very nice sessionable brew.

Screw-cap bottle. A bit hazy, golden to mahagony coloured, small white foamy layer with a little lace. Moderate bready-grainy nose with some peppery hops in the background. Moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft carbonation, light bodied. Distinctive "medical" hops in the moderate pale-malty and bitter finish. O.K., nothing unpleasant detectable...........

(screw cap bottle) Clear, golden colour with a frothy medium-sized white head. Slightly sweet and soft grainy malty nose with notes of citrus and spicy, nettle-like hops. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly bready taste with notes of honey and a subtle fruit-character; quite dry, sweet-bitter finish with grainy malt, a tinge of spicy hops and traces of honey in the aftertaste. Clean and inoffensive Helles (20.X.08).

Bottled (BB 02/2008)
Pale yellow color, not much head. Sweet honeyish, lemony "dish water" aroma. Sweet malty, quite mildly hoppy, maybe more helles than landbier -style beer. Kind of flat mouthfeel.
