The third iteration of our highly successful single hop IPA, this time with 'Galaxy' hops. Following on from the previous 'Nelson Sauvin' release, we have jumped across the Tasman Sea to use 'Galaxy'; Australia's go-to flavour hop. With a striking and distinctive citrus and passion fruit character, Galaxy is rightly highly sought after and well regarded by brewers globally. It is able to offer bold flavour profiles including passionfruit, citrus, peach, blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant and aniseed. This draught-only release will see increased use of oats in the brew, which will provide a fuller, juicy mouthfeel and body.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 14/10/2022 [#5.419 Global - #122 Scotland - #1 Bellfield Brewery (My Scottish brewery #35)] Pours orange with a medium white head. No retention. Aroma: grapefruit, biscuity malts and floral hops. Taste: citrusy and clean. Bit plain. Next one please!

On cask at Indie Scotland. Appearance - cloudy orange. Nose - blood orange. Taste - pink grapefruit and blood orange. Palate - light bodied, fresh and zesty finish. Overall - good.

Cask at Indie Beer Scotland. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light citrus and pale malt.Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish.
