Draught Good white head, lacey, over almost clear golden beer. Strange citruspeel nose (for a lager - this is not an IPL, I suppose?). More like a citrus soft drink. Drier in the mouth; some grains, but again this citrus (tangerine, other fruit) flavour mixing in. It's of course, the yuzu. Strange, but not bad certainly. Light body, soft carbonation. Unusual, but not at all bad lager. Brewed at... Frau Gruber/Camba?

Keg at the Mikkeller London Brewpub, Exmouth Market, 05/09/23. Almost clear golden blonde with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, herb, subtle yuzu, citric tinged straw, pale malts. Taste comprises pale malts, rice wafers, grains, hedgerow, lemon nip, cereals, yuzu burst. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid refreshing lager.

Draught, half pint. @Artbeerfest 2023, Caminha (Portugal). 15/07/2023 [#6.578 Global - #17 Greece - #11 Seven Island Brewery] Pours hazy milky yellow with a tiny white head. Good lacing. Aroma: yuzu, citrus, honey and pale malts. Taste: yuzu, lime and yeast. Citrusy mouthfeel. Refreshing yuzu lager. Next one please!
