Tap at the wolf Birmingham. A chestnut brown coloured pour with a lasting beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody malts, toasted rye, dried fruits, fruit and nut. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy bark, wood, vanilla, dried fruits, jam of rye bread. Palate is semi sweet, salty, moderate fine carbonation.

Keg at the Wolf, Bingohame, 18/02/23. Reddish amber with a decent beige cap. Nose is caramel wafer, stewed fruits, biscuit, grains. Taste comprises stewed fruits, caramel, hint of red berry, light perfume, biscuit, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Aroma: smoked malts and brown bread. Taste: brown bread, caramel malts and light toffee. Bittersweet mouthfeel. Next one please!
