Most commonly brewed with orange peel and coriander seed, Witbiers or "white ales" are light, balanced and refreshing. For our take, we've added lemon peel to the mix to freshen the aroma even further, backed up by orange peel with the coriander seeds contributing an extra citrus burst.

Keg at the Attic taproom Stirchley, 18/02/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is herb, yeast esters, grains, orange peel, light perfume. Taste comprises hedgerow, lemon rind, herb, straw, grains, light floral nip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style.
