Amber-red, clear; slight white-pink head. Strawberry & alcohol - like the "Delph" cocktail syrup; also strawberry cake-with-alcohol. Underneath I seem to detect some Brettanomyces/"horseblanket". Slight sourish taste, even some tartness. Strawberry flavour-and-cake, but more subdued than in the nose. Fruit acids are more lemony, or even "kiwi"(Chinese gooseberry). I could actually like this. Light mouthfeel, but fruit and sugar give some body. More to my liking than the cherry, it somehow rings more 'true'. I'm at a loss how a 3.4 ABV beer can get alcoholimpression in the nose.

Only the slightest pink tinting in this beer - otherwise very light amber. Fruity sweet aroma and tart puckeringly sour mouthfeel. Strangely similar to their apricot due to the strong sourness and wineyness. Perhaps a bit more wine-coolerish than their apricot version - due to the sweeter berry flavors. The fruitiness would be hard to identify as strawberry though - if you didn't know ahead of time. Definitely not as good as their Apricot.

Red coloured. Balanced acidity and fresh strawberry flavour. Sparkling mouthfeel. Interesting experiment.

Sweetish flavour. The flavours are kind of masked by the fruit in this version.
