Cloudy with a creamy head. Banana-aroma. Slightly yeasty flavor. Banana. Yeasty bittersweet aftertaste. Not the best hefeweizen on the market.

Schöne bananig-gelbe und angenehm trübe Farbe. Der Geruch ist mild-süßlich, schon fast wie Zuckerwatte. Im Antrunk ist das Bier vollmundig, leicht säuerlich, aber etwas laff. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine angenehme milde Hefenote hinzu, allerdings keine typisch weizige Süße. Zum Nachgeschmack ist das Bier etwas herb-trocken, dazu leicht säuerlich und ganz leicht hefig. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine herb-säuerliche, ganz leicht hefig-milde Note
--> Für ein Weizen zu säuerlich herb und nicht hefig-süßlich genug.

Poured cloudy, golden, pale yellow with a white head. Lots of banana here with creamy vanilla, wheat malt flavoring.

Murky orange colour, big head. Aroma is sweetish and stale with banana, wheat, bubblegum and hints of vanilla. – rather typical to a weisse. Palate is low on CO2. Flavour has banana, vanilla and hints of cardboard. Not good, probably a bit too old bottle.

swing top bottle 500ml. -Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, odd meaty and overripe fruits nose. Moderate malty, slight wheaty and yeasty with notes of banana and overripe fruit. Touch of caramel near the end. Had this one 30 days out of BBE, so fresh one should be better (maybe).

Good wheat. Golden orange color with nice size white head. Nose and taste is wheats, breads, some spice, peel and lemon. Rated 4/3/03

Bottle. Golden - orange colour with a white head. Aroma is banana, citrus, malt. Flavour is banana, citrus, malt, wheat, hop. Medium to full body. Nice beer.
