Taking inspiration from the family friendly dessert comes our not-so family friendly smoothie style pastry sour. Locally sourced Scottish brambles and juice from the season's first apples become the perfect pairing for the tart acidity of our house mixed culture.

This rich dessert beer is topped off with cinnamon and vanilla to create aromas of freshly baked biscuits and a velvety, smooth finish.

Tap at the wolf Birmingham. A milky pink plum coloured pour with a lasting frorhy pink head. Aroma is tart. Jammy rhubarb, brambles, green stewed apple, white sugars. Flavour is composed medium sweet z sourz tangy brambles, apple, crumble, white sugars. Berries. Rhubard. Palate is semi sweet and sourz prickly carbonation.

Draft at the Hanging Bat. Cranberry colored pour, muddy. Sweet fruity aroma, apples, berries, notes of cinnamon. Taste is more of the fruity blend, sweet and tart, cinnamon bringing savory accents, Smooth and creamy, rich, flavororful, lush.
