Аромат слегка йогуртный. Как будто торт с яблоками, типа шарлотки. Почти при этом нету корицы, немного сладости пироженной. Цвет темно ягодный, пенка средняя. Вкус нормальный, есть снова йогуртная составляющая. Действительно шарлотка с добавками. Немного ягод с йогрутом идут. При глотке намеки все же есть на корицу, но мало. В целом хороший ровный кисляк.

375ml bottle. Murky reddy pinky purple colour, white head. Aroma of apple, blackberry, subtle cinnamon. Taste is sweet, slightly sour, apple, blackberry, cinnamon, vanilla. Thick creamy body. Gorgeous.

On keg at the Wee Vault. Appearance - bright pink to purple with a pinkish white head. Nose - luscious blackcurrant and cinnamon. Taste - cinnamon blackcurrant and blackberry. Palate - medium bodied, intensely fruity with sweet and sour middle and finish. Overall - really good stuff.

Keg at the wee vault. Pours deep ruby ,nose is berries, apple, winter spice, taste is juicy berries, apple crumble, cinnamon, ice cream.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a deeply hazed pink, small amount of sparse foam atop. Aroma of sweet red berries, cinnamon. Brilliant full flavoured taste, deep berries and rhubarb coming through softened with welcoming cinnamon notes, nicely sour not too sharp. Pulpy moments, jammy sips.. really good, fun fruit beer.

Keg at the Wolf, Bingohame, 12/02/22. Murky rhubarb red with a good sized crimson crown that stays for the show. Nose is stewed fruits, grass, rhubarb, light funk, stewed berry fruits. Taste comprises tarte berry pulp, cooking apple, blackcurrant crumble, sharp fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic drift. Fun sour.
