When we saw the good folks at North Park were coming to Hop City, we just had to reach out, having been blown away by any of their highly hopped beers we could get our hands on.

Boundaries have well and truly been pushed to the limits, with us TDHing (Triple Dry Hopping) this Double IPA with a prodigious amount of Nelson Sauvin (CGX & T90), Motueka (Sub Zero Hop Keif & T90), Citra (Cryo & T90), Rakau T90 and HBC 586 T90. Deep breath.......enjoy!

Can at home, 15th December 23. Sat on this for some reason, but it’s still excellent, pours a hazy orange. Aroma is orange, bitter marmalade, candied fruits. Taste is spikey pine, needles, bittersweet, marmalade and pith, juicy fruits, mangoes, mellow, weedy, dank, lots going on. Good

Can at home Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop 09/07/2023 Intense nelson on the nose upon open and taste follows with succulent white grape and crushed gooseberries to the fore, sweet malty backbone, lovely citrus and tropical fruity medley backing this up, but it’s the nelson that really shines here. Beautiful.

Can from The Fuss Club,Soho. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Nice nose of mango, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, zesty orange, touch of banana toffee. Taste is zesty orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, lemon, pineapple, passionfruit. Packed full of flavour. Robustly fruity hoppy finish. Very tasty.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 19/07/23. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is bitter orange, pine needle, grass, papaya, mango flesh, hop spice. Taste comprises grapefruit, orange pith, ripe melon, grass, pine resin, dank chimes, light stoned fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Solid DIPA.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, passionfruit, lemon and lime, dank. Taste of ripe fruits, mango, passionfruit, lemon and lime, gooseberry, dank weedy finish. Full bodied.

Smooth and juicy tropical fruity with some pine, grapes, citrus, herbal notes, grapefruit and floral hops. Hints of bitterness, quite hop forward
