One of the very first beers to be brewed in the shed back in 2014 and has continued as a commercial success year on year.

Pouring jet black with enticing aromas of chocolate, vanilla, whiskey and coffee draw you in. A robust stout with roasted and chocolate bitterness balanced by the Madagascan vanilla. Warming bourbon and coffee follow and end with a slightly drying finish.

Can shared in London - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours deep brown with a slim, creamy tan head. Lots of dark berries in the nose, raisins, very mild chocolate. Medium sweet flavour with some rocky road, more dark berries, oily chocolate. Medium bodied and lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some burnt toast, mild ashy roast, cocoa, more dried and jammy berries. Good stuff.
