What can I say about Mr. Hill’s IPA’s that I haven’t already typed before?? The flavor is balanced without becoming sweet, yet still supports the huge hop profile. Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo marry together so nicely. The pine and white grapes hints are just wonderful. The mouthfeel is soft and airy for a 8% ABV level. It actually drinks like it is a much lower gravity. Lovely.

Tap. Mule Bar, Winooski, VT. Super hazy, orange gold. Film of sticky white head. Nicely leggy. Nose has huge, grapefruit, orange flesh and rind. Behind the juice there’s a dank and oily hop leaf character. Touch of spice. Touch of lemon juice. Taste is more or less grapefruit juice with some added malty sweetness. Bright, juicy bitter. Stickiness on the lips. Mouthfeel is clean, and surprisingly dry. Stays the right side of juicy, mind. Finish is long, juicy, zesty, grapefruit juice bitter. Stupid easy drinking.
