0,75l from bottle at home. amber hazy color, small white head. smells strong elder flower notes, pepper, grassy, earthy. very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes peppery, lactic, some volatile acids, tobacco, hints of elder flowers. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of elder flowers, tobacco and volatile acids. rather on the sour side. very nice smell, taste was also too clean, lacks some funk.

Draught @ MBCC, 2024. Pours golden with a white head. Funky elderflower. Grapes. Quite tasty and dry. Dope.

MBCC: orange with small head. Bell pepper and spice. Sweetish and lightly tart. Quite strange.

Good amberish tainted head over copper-amber veiled beer. (Wild) yeasts, flowers, and no doubt, elder². Ultra-dry, sour, astringent with different acids, fall leaves. Elderflavours much less omnipotent than in the nose; other fruit, leaves and old casks. As above, good carbonation. Aftertaste sports again more elderflower and lactic acid. Remarkable, I like it!
