Kettu Black IPA gives you an interpretation of a style that is not done a lot, but wrongfully so! This personal favorite takes you on a journey through a backdrop of roasty notes, with fruity and piney flavors in the forefront. It's also creamy at the start but with a dry finish. Kinda like a dessert, but without the cloying sweetness, so that you always crave more!

Draught Huge, dense, darker cream head, stable, over virtually black beer. Dry hops, dry hopbales, dry chocolate. (Black) chocolate very outspoken, again Hessian sacks, dried hosp. Hint at brown candi sugar, sweet brown bread. CO² very imposing in the MF, chocolate flows out into the aftertaste. At least medium bodied. More than decent BIPA (though the recently tasted Tourist #23 tops it easily).
