Less Sugar More Fun Brut IPA. Minimum sugar content, smooth saturation, light in color, strong hoppy aroma and less biterness. The right Brut IPA. It is refreshing and very easy to drink. We brewed it with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops as well as Simcoe and Cascade. It has a significant fruit aroma and nice gooseberry scent. The low amount of sugar is achieved by adding a special enzyme that splits non-fermentable sugars into simple, easily fermentable sugars. The beer is thus deeply fermented and gained its characteristic juicy acidity and a more pronounced aftertaste.

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden-yellow body, white head. Huge Nelson in the aroma. Strikes at first with the wild herb-white grape combo, but acquires some nice stone fruit touches as it settles down, balanced and pleasant. Lean, dry taste, slightly more subdued white grape-wild herb touches, lightly minerally, quite drinkable. One of the best brut IPAs I've had so far, which is not that high of a praise, but still.

14.10.2021. Tap at Salon piva 11/2021. Very thin body, quite dry. Moderate carbonation. Moderately citrusy, grapes, white wine, light stone fruits. Overall very pleasant hops character, malt completely hiden. One of the few brut IPAs that I tried, that fit the style perfectly. And very tasty too. Excellent. 8,6.
29.6.2026. On the bus from Prague to Brno (pic). Seems to have previously been 5,2% alc, whereas now is 6,2% but that is up to Marko to verify. Nvm here we go. 6,2 alc. Thinnish bod, med-highish carbo. Med-high bitter, rounded. Light candyish sweet still present, does not feel watery. Pleasant med-high flowery, basic citrusy, light pibey hops, classic feeling, works. Tasty, crushable, very good. 8,0.
