Less Sugar More Fun Brut IPA. Minimum sugar content, smooth saturation, light in color, strong hoppy aroma and less biterness. The right Brut IPA. It is refreshing and very easy to drink. We brewed it with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops as well as Simcoe and Cascade. It has a significant fruit aroma and nice gooseberry scent. The low amount of sugar is achieved by adding a special enzyme that splits non-fermentable sugars into simple, easily fermentable sugars. The beer is thus deeply fermented and gained its characteristic juicy acidity and a more pronounced aftertaste.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is buttery hops, grassy, some cereals. Taste is buttery again, bitter, dry indeed. Oily mouthfeel, very fine-bubbled carbonation. A bit too buttery upfront for me.

On tap at the brewpub, shared with Ogi. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Light fruity, citrusy, zesty, grapefruit. Very thin, light, quite soft, nice citrus, grain underneath. A bit bland, soft carbonation. Very little bitterness, dry finish. A bit bland, otherwise nicely aromatic and drinkable.

On tap at Vinohradský, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, some champagne notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bone dry, with bright piney hops, tangy citrus and champagne like notes. Finishes with that lovely white wine tanginess. Beautiful stuff.

Barva zlatava velmi mirne zakalena. Pena husta a trvanliva. Vune citrusova, grepova. Chut citrusova, chmelova, vyssi stredni horkost. Dojezd suchy horky. Telo prazdnejsi ale vodovym bych nenazval. Sladova slozka tam skoro neni a ani ji nepostradam. Pekne chmelena vonava ipa.

0,5 l on tap at Vinohradský Pivovar. Pours hazy light golden with couple of fingers of frothy head. Aroma is all hops, very little malt. Plenty of grapes, some citrus and stone fruit, but also some more serious herbal notes. Taste is very dry and moderatly bitter. Finish is fruity and bitter.

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden-yellow body, white head. Huge Nelson in the aroma. Strikes at first with the wild herb-white grape combo, but acquires some nice stone fruit touches as it settles down, balanced and pleasant. Lean, dry taste, slightly more subdued white grape-wild herb touches, lightly minerally, quite drinkable. One of the best brut IPAs I've had so far, which is not that high of a praise, but still.
