Small white head, receding over opaque yellow beer. Very delicate citrus & exotic fruit, mix lime & orange. Citrussy sour, in a mild way, mandoras, specifically. Lactic acid and... citric? Limeleaf. Medium bodied @ best. Good carbonation, bit fruitslick; refreshing. Excellent summer beer, nice & delicate and (sorry for the horrible bifteck term) more-ish. I wonder what a non-Sinjoor makes from this name, lol.
