Dried leaves bread. Clear copper, medium head. Dried leaves, mild tart astringency. Light body, easy carbonation.

Can fromTavour. Pours clear bright amber with a large but transient tan head. Aroma if bready and floral. Med body or nearly. Ambery malt and floral hop with perhaps the slightest touches of nut and Noble hop. Flavor is not strong but it is very good.

On tap at Phase Three - Lake Zurich, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has clean bready malt and a hint of toasted bready malt. Flavour is clean, with dry, toasted bready malt, and a hint of nuttiness. Finishes dry, a little bitter and yet malty. Well-made.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear amber pour, off-white foamy head. Snappy, malty aroma, light sweetness. Taste is malty, caramel, mild tangy notes that tickle the tongue. Creamy, sweet. Nicely done

16 ounce can from Tavour. Amber orange pour. Frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Mild toasted malt aroma. Toasted bread flavor hints at brewed tea and toasted nuts. Some notes of caramel as well. Smooth and flavorful.

Nutty caramel malt and hay aroma. Abmer with large light tan head. Moderately sweet nutty caramel malt, and moderately bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body.

Aromas are on the mild side with toast, caramel and bread. Flavors are similar to nose, sweet up front, bitter in the middle and a bittersweet finish. Serviceable.
