Dorada clara, 2 dedos de espuma. Aroma lupulizado. Sabor seco y amargo, con predominio completo de cereales, pan y malta. No está mal.

*Old rating. Best before 08.02.10. Mild-süßliches, schön frisches und leicht alkoholisches Bier. Typische Heller-Bock Aromen, würzig mit feiner Herbe im Nachgeschmack. Nett.

0,33 l bottle. Clear golden, fine white head. Grainy herb on the nose. Starts herb, then more grainy, followed by a bitter sequence. Sweetness and malt in the background. Alcoholic in the aftertaste. Really complex for a pale and clear german beer.

Clear medium golden colour, small frothy white head, disappears after a while. Aroma malty, grass, caramel, bit citrus, hint of alcohol. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitte. Medium body, oily texture, bit peppery on the tongue, more bitterness in the finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig, grasig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig, leicht süß alkoholisch.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with subtle malty touches. Bitter, hoppy onset, quickly transcending into sweetish notes of malt and yeast. Rather rough, slightly bitter aftertaste. High carbonation. An OK Heller Bock, although I am not particularly fond of this beer style.
