Created with pale Irish grown, Irish malted barley / brown / chocolate / biscuit / flaked & malted oats & fruity american yeast. A light peated wood fire smoke / silky milk chocolate / hazelnut with a fruity biscuit finish.

Black with a minimal head. Aroma of smoked peat. Flavour is smoked malt, warm whiskey wood, hints of bacon on a warm rauchy finish.
