Bottle at home. Pours opaque orangeish golden with a persistent white head. Nose is nice but subtle smoke, sweet grains, pleasant but simple. Taste is similar, grainy, somewhat smoky, a touch astringent, citric. The finish is malty with smoky hints. Medium bodied with average carbo. Quite meh, unfortunately.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average, thick, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Wheaty, slightly bready-spicy and minimally smoky, malty as well as minimally grassy, hoppy and minimally fruity aroma, hints of grey bread, a touch of caraway, smoked wood, smoked apple and pear. Taste is mildly smoky malty, slightly wheaty and caramel malty with a bready-spicy touch, some residual sweetness, a very light fruity touch, hints of smoked fruit, smoked wood, a touch of caraway, laurel, juniper berry, leafy and grassy hoppy counterpart. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Imperial indeed, but very well balanced and therefore still mild, just with more substance, more density, not intensity; more subtleties - very good

Bardzo ładna drobno i średniopęcherzykowa piana, klarowne. W aromacie wędzonka: oscypek, szynka, trochę biszkoptu oraz kwiatów i ziół. Typowo, grodziskowo. W smaku słodowe, wędzony ser oraz szynka. Goryczka za niska, wysycenie również. Fajne piwo, wyszło dokładnie takie jak powinno być, czyli treściwszy grodzisz.

Many thanks for little big sample that time. No powedzili troche na Malopolsce, jest wedzonka, oscypki, wedzony bundz, golka i redykolka zarazem, czyli wszystko co baca robi wczesnie nad ranem. Mocnawe grodziskie, ale alko sie nie czuje, lekko zmetnione, niska piana, niczym ceny paliw na stacjach Orlen i Lotos.
