We threw everything but the kitchen sink in on this New England DIPA featuring fruity and citrusy hops; Bru1, Ekuanot, Azacca, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe at a huge 26g/L during the dry hop and fermented it on British yeast for its stone fruit notes and rounded mouthfeel.

EU local swap 3/19, danke an Taboada. Stark hopfiger Beginn, helles Getreide, milde Süße. Alkoholische Noten, matschig fruchtig (reif), mild herb, konstanter Hopfen. Vollmundig, trockener Hintergrund, langer heuartiger Abgang. 9/10/9/9/10/9

Lata 33 CL en el Gato que bebía cerveza Valladolid 25..09..2019. (r08). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores maltosos ligeramente afrutados tropicales con toques de cebada y cereales con suaves herbáceos verdes y ligeras lupulinas. Cuerpo medio algo líquido para el estilo y ligeramente gaseoso. Se esperaba un Pekin más, le falta un poco de chicha al final, de trago fácil. Buena.

Can at home. Murky yellow color, full sized bubbly white head that diminishes quite quickly. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, sweetish hops, overripe tropical fruit. Too sweet to really be my thing but still alright. Decent body and carbonation. 8-2-6-3-13

330mml. can. @home, 24/07/2019. New batch. Orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma is medium tropical and grassy. Grass, peach and orange peel leading to a medium sweet finish. Oat. Next one please!

Hazy yellow-ish, mango, peach, orange, stone fruit, nice hop bitterness, lots of tropical fruit juice flavors, nice, 3.9

Anaranjada turbia con espuma blanca con leeve retención y algo de encaje. Aroma frutal, notas a melocotón y caramelo. Sabor con decente amargor, presencia de melocotón pero el mango lo domina casi todo, muy maltosa y toques a caramelo. Final amargo, densa en el paladar con sensación frutal.
