The Establishment made this bright cuppa with Rosso Coffee Roasters "Day Tripper" coffee beans. Day Tripper isn’t your regular coffee, it’s a cool-for-the-summer-road-trip kinda coffee. Its notes of honey-sweet coffee-fruit that pair perfectly with the toasty caramel and pome fruit ester features of the beer’s California Common base.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber-brown with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of toasted caramel malt, coffee, honey and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, coffee, toffee and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a sticky, oily texture and soft carbonation. Malt forward, easy to put back and tasty.
