Pour cet assemblage, nous avons assemblé deux variétés de rhubarbe, l'une verte et l'autre rouge, à 3 brassins de fermentation mixte chacun élevé 2 ans : 40% en foudre, 40% en tonneau de Chablis et 20% en barrique de bourbon.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, gentle oak and a touch of stone fruits. Flavour is full of tart stone fruits, wild yeast and oak. Cohesive and nicely blended. Good stuff.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is funky, wheat, some dough, peach. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Fun!

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and superhelpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Appearance: hazy blonde. Aroma: farmhouse notes, some berries. Taste: same. Overall: pleasant.

MBCC 2023. A light yellow pour a bit unclear, no foam. Nose: cellar, white wine, fruity, rosemary. Mouth: medium sourness, thin body, the finish is a bit peppery.
