69 varieties of apples. A little sweet. A little funky. A touch of acid. Very well made cider. Smooth as silk. Not much bubbles.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy golden. Crisp and fruity with apple, orange and rose. Light funky, leathery, mineral dry cellar notes. Just medium sweet and light tart. Very crisp and bright body, solid medium dry. Great.
