Brown iwth off white head - Malt aroma - Malt body with some chocolate and dark fruity tones - Malt flavours and some fruityness goes into the finish - This was good

Bottle. A lightly see-through chestnut colored beer with a small beige head. The aroma is of the malty kind, bread, nuts and toffee, with a touch of fruityness. It's quite dry on the palate, full to medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Malty flavor too, bread, nuts, toffee and some dark dried fruit. Some piney hints towards the lasting quite dry finish. A really pleasant one, well suited for Christmas too I think. 241201
