Feel the tingle! There’s nothing better in the summer heat than a well-crafted witbier. Dry, fruity and refreshing, these hazy, white, French-style ales are designed to slake the biggest of thirsts and showcase delicious, fruity, yeast characters.
We like to use ingredients that synergize rather than overwhelm, so we infused Microvibration with orange zest to accentuate the fruity esters of the Escarpment Fruity Wit yeast, and Szechuan peppercorns to accentuate the yeast’s dry, spicy yeast phenols.
The yummy, numby, tongue-tingling Szechuan peppercorns send tiny microvibrations (yeah, that’s the technical term - who knew!) across the mouth and lips and into the head. There’s just enough to know they’re there, but not so much that it feels like you’re chewing on a pack of pop rocks.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Spicy aroma of bready wheat malt, coriander, Belgian yeast, orange peel, peppercorn and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, orange zest, coriander, peppercorn, Belgian yeast and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily to watery texture and average carbonation. Tasty, the peppercorns give it a Saison vibe.
