750ml bottle. Milky, orangey, pale golden colour with huge, fluffy, collapsing, white head. Sweet-ish, funky, bretty aroma, disguised hints of apricot, a touch of brine, some white pepper, hints of grapes. Taste is dry, funky, bretty, slightly fruity, hints of apricot, grapes; lively to fizzy carbonation. Slightly overcarbonated, brett-dominated, restricted complexity. No improvement compared to the original ’Classic Saison’.

Bottle from Beergium, bought in January 2017. Hazy dark golden with a fluffy head. Aroma and taste of yeast, brett, malt and some fruit. Lively carbonation. An ok one.

Bottle. Gusher. Cloudy golden color, massive white head. Aroma of black pepper, cobwebs, dust, attic corners, distant fruit. Taste has funk, dust, soft overripe fruit. Brett conquers all.

Bottle, 6.3%. Unclear dark yellow with giant off-white head. Aroma is malt, brett, lemon, fruit and funk. Flavour is malt, fruit, brett, little perfume, funk, little apricot, little lemon, little sour, medium dry and a little citric.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Blackberry Farm Apricot Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, apricot, fruity, funky - brett, dried fruit - dried apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, apricot, saison yeast, dried fruit - dried apricot, light funky - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161111] 7-4-7-3-14

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light estery and mild fruity. Fruity, peachy and slight estery. Dry and slight fruity. Dry and bitter finish. Smooth fruity finish.

Bottle @ Lots of Mark Knofler and Fransk’ kartofler, Ulfborg 2016. Pours hazy orange with a frothy white head. Overcarbonated, grass and funk. Bretty and dry.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Cloudy yellow, white head. Yeasty aroma, some dried apricot. Funky, sourish flavour. Some spicy, fruity yeast, but the apricot I cannot discern. Some sweetness, lasting spice and yest.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, malty, fruity and light bretty. Flavor is quite sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 111116
